These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us.  By using Our Web Site in any way, or by buying from us, you agree to be bound by them.

No person under the age of 18 years may purchase Goods.

Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Once you receive your goods you have seven days to decide if you wish to return it. If so, then you can either arrange to return the goods yourself or you can ask us to collect them from you. If you choose the latter then you will be charged the True delivery rate from our shipping company for the product which will be deducted from your refund.

Whichever of the above you choose please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging. Items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected and a further delivery charge may be levied to cover cost of failed collection.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.

Carriage Damage

Should your goods arrive with you with obvious signs of carriage damage, you can either refuse the delivery, or sign for the delivery using the courier's "items unchecked" option. If you accept the delivery without latter we are unable to claim for the damage and therefore will not be able to refund your money. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.  Failure of this means we are unable to claim from the transport company and again not able to refund your money or a replacement.

Missing Parts

If upon assembling your goods there are missing or broken parts, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may organise suitable replacements.

Delivery

We are based on the Isle of Wight and therefore due to the size of items such as divan sets, mattresses etc it is sometimes not cost effective to courier items to mainland U.K.  However there are a good selection of items on our website that we can send to you from our shop or direct from our U.K mainland suppliers.  It is clearly stated under each item listed if and where we can deliver in the U.K.  If you are on the mainland U.K and see an item that is not listed for your area, give us a call and we will do our best to get an item to you at an agreeable delivery charge.  We make no profit on delivery charges and mostly subsidise them.
