These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us. By using Our Web Site in any way, or by buying from us, you agree to be bound by them. No person under the age of 18 years may purchase Goods.

In Stock
'In Stock' refers to stock being held at our factory/suppliers and is on our website to make sure customers know that they can get our goods within the stated delivery times, and not wait weeks and weeks as you would with other stores! Does not refer to stock being held at our Cowes store. Normal delivery times as stated applies.

Refund and Returns
On the very rare occasion that a customer cancels their order after our bulk order has been placed with our factory (usually every Wednesday), due to a change of mind or customer mis-measurement etc, the customer will be refunded the full amount minus a 20% re-stocking fee. This is purely to cover freight costs involved. Please note all of our beds are made to order and we are not obliged to take back ordered goods, the re-stocking system is purely in place as a goodwill gesture to our customer as we value our customer service and ultimately we are here to ensure you get the right bed in the end (even if you do mis-measure!). Our products are manufactured by Vogue beds LTD and all come with a 1 year warranty. If a product is damaged after this time period, we will not be able to return them or issue a refund.
These practices are standard across the furniture industry.
Any mattress, divan base, divan set, headboard or bedstead purchased from our ex display sections of our website or our store do not hold warranty.

Carriage Damage
Should your goods arrive with you with obvious signs of carriage damage, you can either refuse the delivery, or sign for the delivery using the courier's "items unchecked" option. If you accept the delivery without latter we are unable to claim for the damage and therefore will not be able to refund your money. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Failure of this means we are unable to claim from the transport company and again not able to refund your money or a replacement.
Missing Parts
If upon assembling your goods there are missing or broken parts, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may organise suitable replacements. Please do not use the bed until your missing part(s) have arrived.
Payment Terms
WE ACCEPT :PAYPAL, MOST CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS, BANK TRANSFERS, CHEQUES & CASH. NO CHARGE FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE PAYMENTS, CHEQUE (CLEARANCE 7 WORKING DAYS). TELEPHONE PAYMENTS ACCEPTED & PREFERRED!
Item purchased via our website may not look exactly like the picture, due to fabric changes/availability. Especially in our Adjustable section.

Disposal
We can dispose of your old bed at the time of delivery of your new bed, this is a totally FREE OF CHARGE service! All divans need to be stripped of linen and dis-assembled as much as possible. Any bed frames need to be dis-assembled and taped together prior to collection, otherwise refusal of disposal may occur. Please do not leave beds for disposal outside in the rain, we cannot take them! Free disposal is like for like (eg-Single for single) only, EG. If you are purchasing a single divan and are disposing of a king size divan there will be a £30 disposal charge.
Assembly
Assembly of bed frames is available from £50 per frame. ADVANCED NOTICE IS REQUIRED as we will be unable to assemble beds without the correct equipment.
Assembly is subject to availability.
When purchasing any bed frame that is NOT a divan base, you should assume that the bed frame delivered will be a FLAT PACK and will require you to assemble it. This is up to you to enquire about upon purchase of items.
Delivery
Free Isle of Wight delivery is only available on our allocated bulk around the Island delivery day. If you require a certain date & timed delivery, this is subject to a £50 charge - subject to our availability. UK Mainland delivery is a direct delivery service from our suppliers and are subject to a charge of £50.
